Yehoram Gaon. For those of you who never heard about this guy you can check out his videos and you tube or just believe me when I say that this guy was the John Travolta of Israel 30-40 years ago...hahaha
Anyway the gig was fun and Yehoram had standing ovation...
They were all keen and interested if what I said and after the clinic they all gathered around the kit and asked lots of questions (especially about technique and Latin grooves).
There are some nice videos which are too big to load here but will be added to my website which is almost done woohoo! but hope that you enjoy the photos

Actually, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and in 40 minutes heard stories and saw in my eyes all the most of the spices that are used in today's cooking. (and yes Nitay I got you some spices). There are some amazing and hilarious videos that I made and would love to share when I am back....especially our tour guide, which was an India version of BORAT....so funny...
So people have been saying this to me for years!!! About Goa and you know what?? There were absolutely right..

And again I am in Parikrama with the great guitarist Sonam which I met 2 years ago on my last tour in India.
Since then, Sonam has done wonders with his band Parikrama and joined the massive IRON MAIDEN on part of their world tour.
If was so much fun spending time with him and Dina (his wife) shame we didn't have more time to jam...
Mapex/Rockschool drum clinic - Gurgaon, India, 18th Nov 07
My first drum clinic for Mapex has arrived earlier than I expected when by pure coincidence the Rockschool representative in India was the Mapex one as well J
The clinic was a high profile event and as funny as it sounds I was treated like a drum hero...when at the end everyone brought there own snare drums for my to sign on and their children for me to bless for successful musical career. I felt very humbled by the whole experience.
The Pro-M Mapex drum kit that I have used my great and Sahil (the Mapex co-ordinator) is a fantastic guy to work with. Although the crowd was slightly quiet at the beginning towards the end of the show everyone was into it and even clapping and shaking their bodies.
The whole event was filmed for local TV and hopefully I will get a copy in the near future....maybe could be a Bollywood star J hahaha.. I don't think so....
